Our content draws on manufacturer specifications (Breville, Rancilio, Gaggia, Baratza, La Marzocco), Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards, established barista literature (James Hoffmann, Scott Rao), and home-barista communities like Home-Barista.com and r/espresso.
We are not Q-graders and we don't run a roastery. When we mention brew ratios, grind settings, or extraction times, they're based on SCA standards and reproducible recipes from the sources we cite — not in-house lab measurements.
